Very rare piece by Sunset Ceramics. The company was set up when Newlyn and Celtic pottery amalgamated in the late 1970's. Maggie Fisher made these slip cast and stylized pieces. The pottery only lasted a few years.These pieces are now very much sought after.Gorgeous opalescent glaze gives a unique appearance in different light.size is 9.5 inches long and 6.5 inches high. There is one small fleabite on the base, about 1mm in size, see photo 3
