I do not believe the item is as described by the vendor. I have asked him for more information, and the documents supporting the restoration of the print which he claims occurred. The item was not sold as a restored item, that was not disclosed at the time of sale. The vendor is insulated about my questions regarding this item, and is not providing any of the documents he claims to possess. He is also not answering any further communication for me. Apparently, there is both a valuation document done prior to restoration, and a restoration documents which I feel should have accompanied the print. He will not share those documents which seems unreasonable. I have no choice than to find someone who can assess this print. I am in the process of doing that but resent being left in this position.
